Moved but one camera is listed as not on my plan

Hello, I recently moved and my ring subscription is still active. While one of my cameras works fine, I now get an error with the second indicating that that one camera is not active on my ring plan. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? I've tried getting the tech support email through the app but the ring chatbot did not provide that information.
