Log in problem

Recently, when I try to log in to my account, I only get a text screen saying "not acceptable" and can't go any further. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Thanks

    Well, I just spent 40 minutes on the phone with support and I have an answer to my question.  After going back and forth over what kind of phone I have, the two browsers I use, and the suggestion to reinstall the app on the phone (which I had already done), my back-and-forth with them about VPN provided what I need. Although my VPN has not restricted my account access until about a month ago (I've been in the hospital twice since then and couldn't follow through), it does now. I was told and have confirmed that you must completely turn off any VPN to get to your account, not just pause it. A supervisor told me they sent out a message to customers about this in 2021 (I didn't add cameras until late 2022). However, account access has worked up until a month or so ago with VPN on. I've looked all over their web site for help online but found nothing that addresses this. Now that I know what to ask through help, I found an article entitled "Understanding the Ring App and Virtual Private Networks (VPN)". I'm a bit upset with Ring right now.
