Installed new camera - Ring app thinks I’m on a trial plan

Today I installed a new ring indoor camera to my house. I have both alarm and cameras already. Since then I get constant warnings in the app that my trial is about to end. I have a home plan paid yearly, with renewal in October!The support chat bot is useless and the only call support is over seas.What to do?

    Hi @Peer1. This is expected behavior. Your account will receive a trial when adding a new Camera regardless of having a plan already. Once the trial expires, you will no longer see the notification.

      Had the same issue - just wasted 20 minutes on a chat to find that the system thinks it's a new account - ridiculous
