Home Premium trial year/renewal question
Hello, I tried searching but couldn't find a post about this - in May, I paid for a year of "Home Standard with Alarm Professional Monitoring" for $199.99 annually. Then the revamped plans were announced. I just saw in my account that I have a trial of "Home Premium" until November 2025. I'm confused as to what will happen in May 2025 when my original plan was set to renew. Will it just skip charging me until November? Is anyone else in this situation?
