Haven’t had ring stick up camera for 5 months won’t charge

I bought 2 ring stick up cameras in December one works perfect the other won’t charge above 30% and it’s impossible to get whole of anyone at all ring. Also bought newest ring door bell had maybe a year speaker doesn’t work 🤷‍♀️! Zoomed in tiniest bit camera is super granny. I really do like like these but they don’t seem to last that long. Pretty expensive for such silly things to not work?!
