Getting an invoice for annual subscription

I need an invoice for my annual ring subscription. Every time I go into Account/Billing History I get the message "We are currently experiencing temporary issues. You may be unable to access your account at this time." \This has been going on for over a month. How long is temporary? Also I would have thought that Ring would send an invoiice to me as a matter of course before they took the payment from my credit card.

    Hi @user_ac0948. You should be able to download an invoice in PDF format from your Billing History. Make sure your web browser is fully updated, and try using a different web browser if you haven't done so already. If this issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
