I have changed doorbell and now being told I need to cancel account. I have paid until December and not happy to forfeit the paid amount just upgrading to new doorbell

Hi @user_41d596. If you have a Doorbell with a Plan that you will be replacing with a newer Doorbell, you will need to cancel your original Plan and add a Plan for your new Doorbell. You will receive a prorated refund of what you have not used of the Plan you canceled.
