I am trying to switch the video recording ability from one camera to another.

Hi @user_652241. You will need to cancel the subscription and resubscribe your new camera to a plan. When you cancel your subscription, you will be refunded a prorated amount for what you have not used of your plan. https://ring.com/support/articles/0p7eu/Cancel-Ring-Subscription-Plan
