Can Not Post Are See Neightbors Postings

Every time I try to look at My Posts are All Posts. I get ! Could not load posts. Unable to retrieve your post. Check your internet connection and retry. But I have high speed internet connectins and I can open Facebook and my Internet browser. So how come I can not connect to Ring Neighbors Community?

Hi @CharG. What device are you trying to access the Neighbors app from? When you do this, are you on WiFi or Cellular Data? Is there an active VPN or any other types of cleaner apps running? If possible, share a screenshot of the error you are getting so I can have a better understanding or whats happening.
