I have a ring camera already that wasn’t on our home plan with our doorbell. We just had an incident where a dog got out of their kennel some how. If I add that device to the plan, will it bring back any past videos that would have been saved as if it were on our plan?

Hi @user_75ffda. No, Videos are not retroactively saved. Videos will only be saved once an active Ring Home Plan is on the account.
