Auto Renewal Issue

I have a ring doorbell at 2 locations both on auto renewal and account reflects that but the app is telling me it’s not saving my videos ): any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @915user. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? Do you get this same error on Ring.com?
