There is audio feedback when visitor speaks outside can this be rectified?

If you are experiencing poor audio quality from your Ring device, try the following steps: * [Reboot your Ring device from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). * Verify your Ring devices' signal strength, also known as [RSSI, is at a good level](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). * Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
