Asked about Plans was told Oh Well
I called customer service wanting to upgrade my plan and asked if there was a trial period. I am interested in the 24/7 recording and want to try it out. I told customer service I have continuous issues with camera not recording when events happen or recording nothing. I was told will in May or June I will have a trial period, but I am willing to upgrade now. Why not offer me the trial now? Why not offer solutions to my cameras not recording all it got was if you have nothing else goodbye. My question, has anyone used the 24/7 recording yet? How well does it work?
