Add second installed doorbell to back door and add to my premium subscription
troubleshooting

I have use an old doorbell for our back door as well as the new front doorbell which is on Premium subscription, but seem unable to and back door to my account ? Advice please

    Hi @user_213c2c. If you have a Ring Home Premium Plan, it will cover all devices at that location. I suggest checking to make sure that your new device is on the correct location.
