Hi @DazzaP. Unfortunately I am unable to see the photos you shared. We recently made some changes to the Community, and we're still getting everything in order. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app?Mesh networks can sometimes cause issues with connectivity for Ring devices, unless you are able to set which node you want the Floodlight Cam to connect to. I'd recommend checking your network settings to see if this is possible, as it will help the connection be more stable.
