Doorbell, Stick and Security Camera connection issues with Frontier internet
I have had multiple issues with connectivity of my doorbell cam, stick cam and security cam with my Frontier internet. Ring tech support has tried to help me reconnect these cameras but tells me it is the internet. I have hard reset all cameras, restarted my router/modem with no luck. Today one of the cameras was working, but then randomly went offline and will not reconnect. All my other devices in my home are working with my wifi (TV, phone, computer). Ring tech support told me to contact my internet provider and have them lower the firewall, which I'm not sure is a good idea. Any advice or alternative solutions would be appreciated.

Hi @user_39bb3c. A god way to test this would be to try and connect your devices to a WiFi hotspot. If you are able to connect to this, then you'll be able to determine if it is your firewall/network.
