Doorbell not charging and shows solid blue light
Hi my door bell is only 1.5-2yrs old. It won’t charge (been on charge for over 24hrs) and when plugged into charger a solid blue light appears. I have tried the reset button with no resolution. It’s showing as offline since 6/2/25 in device health. I’ve attempted to re-install etc but still nothing. When removed from charger the light goes out and it does nothing when bell button is pressed. This is the 2nd bell I have had in 2yrs (first one only lasted 7months) and for the cost, if 1-2yrs is all we are going to get out of it.. I think it’s a disgrace

Hi @user_92e25f. What is the specific model of this device? Is this device hardwired to a doorbell transformer? Have you tried a different charger/charging block/electrical outlet? For the reset button, try pressing and holding it for 20 seconds to perform a full reset of your device. Let me know how this goes.
