Windows App no longer showing recorded videos
I can view recorded videos on my iPhone and iPad without problem, but recently the Windows app (on a PC with Windows 10) stopped playing recorded videos. Whenver I try to play them, it just gives me the spinning dots. It never plays the video, no longer how long I wait. Live view works fine, I just can't view any historical videos on my PC. Has Ring stopped supporting the Windows app?
