Hi @WAdamson. Have him try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting his phone to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically clears up any notification concerns, but if it doesn't you can find more troubleshooting steps for iOS devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-iOS-Devices) and Android devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices).
