Shared User, Disarmed/Home/Away
Hi I've just recently setup a Shared User so they can view the Stick Up Cameras in my home. In the Ring App on their iPhone they arent seeing the options, Disarmed/Home/Away in their app dispite the feature being enabled. How do they fix this? Thanks in Advance Barry McKelvey

Hi @BarryMcKelvey. Shared Users should have access to be able to change the Mode within their Ring App. You'll want to make sure they're on the correct location. In the Ring App, it will display the location name at the top center. Have them tap on the location name to get a drop-down menu and ensure they select the location that says Shared on it. I hope that helps! :)
