Ring App
Ring widget no longer available
I updated my iOS app yesterday and now widgets are not available. Is this an error or a removed functionality? Thanks

I have the same problem Ring not listed on the Widget Search or in the list below. Think the latest version has a flaw or widget option has been removed. iOS 16.7.10 iPhone 8 Plus. Ring shot it’s self in the foot when deleted RAPID RING! Disappointed in Ring

I too have lost the widget function on my iPhone. iOS 16.7.10 Looks like my phone and Ring App are up to date. The live view function is gone. Bummer!

@user_b18643 @4b0316e0414f1337636a I have iOS 16.7.10 and was able to locate the Ring Widget via the search option. When you're adding a Widget, try searching for Ring to see if the Live View Widget appears for you. If you still do not see it, please share a screenshot.

UIt is not listed under search or under the widget selection list. Screen shots attached.

Hi @user_8bbcb4. The Ring Live View Widget should still be available, it has not been removed. If you updated your phone, you may need to set the widget back up again. Make sure your Ring app is also updated to the latest version available.
