Ring Stick up cam stuck “loading”

My stick up cam connects to my WiFi with no problem but is stuck “loading” when I tap live view ![IMG_0908|264x500](upload://uu5PqMl8tyh2HdWD0tKTIMw4l9s.jpeg) I’ve reconnected it to WiFi and it connects fine. And has a strong signal. RSSI-33 in green. I get motion alerts but can’t get live view to work
