Ring Doorbell Pro

Question

I keep my alert settings on silent and the volume all the way down in the app on my iPhone.  I turn my iPhone off at night. In the morning when I power it back up, I get the windchime alert sound for motion from my ring doorbell pro at my garage.  Anyone have any ideas why this happens when all alerts are silenced?

Hi @Oklawc. If your phone is completely powered off at night, when your power it back on, all of the messages that were in queue are finally released. This will cause them to communicate with your phone all at once. This may be what is happened.
