Ring app on iPhones 12app pro not working!

Just recently the app stopped working on my iPhone 12 Pro Max ……. Everything is up to date on my phone plus I’ve recently bought an iPad and the ring app works on here. I’m using the same log on details on both devices but the error message on the log in screen on my iPhone says ‘An error has occurred. Please try again later.’ I’ve also uninstalled the app on my phone but still get the same error message, can someone shed light on this plz as I don’t get notifications when someone is at my door now because I don’t carry my iPad around with me🙈🙈
