@Tom_Ring @Marley_Ring I checked my android. It doesn't have a VPN and no apps conflicting with Ring. Also, this issue is the same for my brother who has another Ring device. And also my wife has the same problem; she has an IOS operating system. Your support to solve this issue is appreciated
