Ring app not ringing on Xiaomi 11T phone

Hi everyone. I have recently changed my cell phone to the Xiaomi 11T. Ever since changing to this cell phone the ring app is not ringing when someone uses the ring doorbell. I am not getting any notifications on my new cell phone. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in advance
