Ring App live view doesn't have controls option for lock

Why are there 2 types of live view?When I go directly to a notification or the widget to my cameras/doorbells - there’s no controls function. I have to exit that “live view” and go to “live view” to bring up the controller button dialogueI have the Gate Controller Pro so it’s kind of lame and confusing to explain to everyone else in my family that one version of live view is not the same as the other live view
