I tried to login to my android app this morning after changing the password no luck in getting into it
I have the latest updates on the Samsung, and also have removed the app and reinstalled the app 3.69.0 still getting different error codes everytime I enter my password
error codes I have 040939;b47c33;6fe310
Can you please assist

Hi @dannybhoy. In addition to downloading the latest version of the Ring app from the app store, turn off any VPNs on your phone or disabled Ring traffic from the VPN. At this time, the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN, and it is likely to cause errors. If you’re not using a VPN, please share which version of your phone’s OS you’re on and share a screenshot of the error message you see in the Ring app.
