Rich notifications not working anymore with Pixel 3 Watch

troubleshooting

I've had my Pixel 3 Watch since the middle of September. Ring Rich Notifications were being displayed on the watch until the beginning of this week when they disappeared. Now I am still getting the text notifications but not the Rich Notifications (thumbnails). Did the recent Ring app update break this feature and when will you fix it?

Same issue here on my Galaxy Watch.  I also think it is something caused by the ring app because rich notifications work for my other camera brands I have. Ring needs to fix this ASAP.

For years, my Samsung wearables, including the new Samsung Ultra have always included a picture with a notification.  But within the last week all I get is a notification.   I have not changed anything within the Ring app, nor my Samsung wearable app. I find many Samsung wearable owners are now experiencing the same issue.  We've approached Samsung tech support and they point the finger at RING.   SO who updated what and didn't bother to check if it broke something???? Hurrah! A couple of days ago (11/21 or 11/22) my Pixel 3 Watch started getting Rich Notifications again. It shocked me to suddenly see the little photo. But I am so happy!
