Problem accessing settings on App
Hi, I have one battery doorbell and 5 outdoor battery cameras which I operate via the Ring app on my phone and also on a tablet (both phone and tablet are less than 3 months old and both operate on Android). A few days ago, I stopped being able to access the settings of any of my Ring devices when using the tablet. When I open each device and click the small cog at the top right hand side of the page, I just get a blank white page. However, the device is otherwise working normally and I can go to live pictures or access the mic etc. I just can't change any settings. On the mobile phone, everything works as normal and I can amend the settings etc. I have ensured that the operating system is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also re-booted the router of my wifi. None of this makes any difference. Has anyone got any idea what the problem might be? Given this problem only started a few days ago, I am wondering if there was an update but can't see anything that might have caused this?
