Preview tiles in App (1 not displaying)
Has anyone else had this issue? We have 4 stick up cams and 1 doorbell. The preview tile shows up for 4 of them but not 1. When a shared user accessed it with an iPhone, all 5 preview tiles could be seen. But not on my Android (firmware all updated). Am I somehow limited to just 4 preview tiles? I've reconnected the device several times successfully but the preview tile stays as a generic icon. Any help is appreciated!
