Pop up for shared user

Shared user continues to get pop up, saying “You are now a Shared User at GV”. Have to click X to each time to continue.

I am experiencing the same issue but in this case I am the shared user but also have my own Ring account. Having the user who shared their Ring with me remove the share and resend it is not a solution. Sure that may fix the issue but why is it happening in the first place? Clearly its some sort of a bug in the software that Ring needs to address?

Hi @user79602. I’d suggest completely removing this Shared User and sending a new invite to them. This should clear up any issue causing that notification to keep popping up. Have them make sure their Ring app is fully updated to the latest version as well.
