Hi @Grandad7. If I'm correct, you're referring to our [Chime](https://ring.com/products/chime-gen2). In that case, you should not be seeing a flashing green light. A flashing green light indicates that the Chime is in setup mode. I would try to move your Chime to a different outlet and [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to your wifi.
