PLEASE Create a Desktop Application for Window 11

I can't be the only one thinking this........ I'd love to have an application that starts up w/Windows 11 and operates in the background, so while I'm working on my pc it will instantly pop up if movement is detected (if settings will allow for that to be turned on or off).  Then I don't have to grab my phone or even have it making noise if I'm in a meeting too.. the noise happens in my headset or earbuds and I can see if anything is delivered, a kid is locked out or someone is trying to steal something off the front porch... etc..  Currently I have to grab my phone when I hear it notify me.. I normally have my phone on silent/vibrate, so it's not annoying making noise if I'm in a meeting.   I'm lost as to why a company of this size and renown has no more pc app?
