Pinch will zoom in but not out again

I can pinch to zoom in but it’s then stuck and won’t zoom out. This is happening on 2 of my cameras. ( one is the doorbell and the other is a stick up camera)

    Hi @user1713. What device are you zooming in on? What version of the Ring app do you have installed? If possible, can you share a screen recording of this happening? This will give the Community a better understanding of what is happening. Thanks, neighbor!
