Picture in Picture Option Not Available in Ring App

I just installed the Floodlight Cam Wired Pro, with 3D Motion Detection and Bird's Eye View. I configured the Ring for Bird's Eye View. However, I do not see Bird's Eye View during playback or live view. After googling this issue, it brought me to a Ring how to page. It states I must have Picture in Picture turned on. The instructions are as follows: 1. Open Ring App. 2. Tap Menu icon on top left. 3. Tap Devices. 4. Tap the Device in question. 5. Tap Device Setting. 6. Tap Video Settings. 7. Tap Picture in Picture. The problem is, I don't have the Picture in Picture option on the Ring App. I installed the latest Ring App. Bird's Eye View is turned on. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max, using iOS 16.5.1. Is there a fix for this? Why have a feature on the Floodlight Cam if the App doesn't support it?
