reproducible on Pixel 4 XL with Android 11 as well.. So looks like A11 related issue.

CHi @scurab. Thanks for sharing this information with us. I'd suggest uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone completely to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. If this continues to happen after trying those steps, please reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to take a closer look at this for you. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. :)

S@[Caitlyn\_Ring](https://community.ring.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/70721) Thank you for reply. I've tried both phones again, fully wiped out with fresh app install. They both have still same issue unfortunatelly. Could you please forward the crash log to your android devs? They should be able quite quickly identify the place of the issue.

OneNote keeps crashing in Note 8. As soon as it opens it crashes [PayGOnline Login](https://www.paygonline.vip/). I have the latest updates of Android and OneNote. Tried turning the phone on and off. Doesn't work.

From the Echo Show, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap 'Settings. ' Tap 'Clock & Photo Display,' scroll to the bottom of the page, and make sure 'Auto Sleep' is enabled. When turned on, the Echo **Show's screen automatically turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity**

@Caitlyn\_Ring Would you be able to pass the crash log to android devs? I'm happy to help with additional testing/details if necessary.
