No notifications on 2nd gen doorbell
troubleshooting
notifications

I am wondering if anyone has a fix for this. I am not receiving any notifications on my iPhone 12 Pro for the 2nd gen doorbell. The recordings are there. My second user is getting notifications and I have checked all settings in my phone and they match the other users. The doorbell has been reset and this hasn’t helped. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? * List item

    Hi @user69436. What version of the Ring app is installed? Are you using a Focus mode on your iPhone?

      Hi Tom, I have updated the app to the latest version and still have no notifications. The focus mode on my phone is set at the generic one, so not set to do not disturb, work, personal or sleep mode.
