No notifications on 2nd gen doorbell

I am wondering if anyone has a fix for this. I am not receiving any notifications on my iPhone 12 Pro for the 2nd gen doorbell. The recordings are there. My second user is getting notifications and I have checked all settings in my phone and they match the other users. The doorbell has been reset and this hasn’t helped. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? * List item
