The Mode choices in Setting on my phone app have disappeared after adding a shared person to my phone. I've tried going to Live and back, logging into app from the browser but no help. I'm not using All Cameras, and have tried the other suggestions from people with a similar problem. The only thing that shows on the camera is one icon after touching the gear in the top R corner that cannot be changed.  The More dots (...) are disabled to use. I don't know what else to do at this time. The mode were there before I added a new shared account to my account.
