Mac Ring App

Hi. I have the Mac Ring App. It seems to work perfectly, until I close the app. Then it hangs, beachballs, and I have to do a Force Quit. I'm attaching a screen shot. Solution? Thanks in advance. Don

      Would be nice if Ring actually had a way to contact support for such issues instead of passing the buck on to its users. I have the same problem and it's indicative of crappy software. Thanks for bringing this up.

        Hi neighbors. I would first ensure that your mac is up to date and running on the latest iOS. After you've confirmed that, try removing the Ring app, rebooting your mac, then reinstalling the Ring app. Then login and see if you notice any improvement.
