Live view audio threw in-call speaker

Hello wonder if I'm the only one. But when using the live view option on the Ring app and try to listen to what's going on, the app uses my In-call speaker (like the earpiece when you take a call) instead of using the external speaker. But when I watch previous videos of the day it uses the right speaker. If anyone had any insight please help!!!
