ITrying andorid app wont install
Im goingto install Ring on my house but cant because the Ring app Im needing to download wont install on my phone says its not complatible I have a phone that only 4 years old its a MOTO G5 with android version 8.1 on it? what can I do so I can install the app from the playstore?

Hello, im having issues with downloading the app and i have samsung G9.. I had it downloaded, it would not update , i uninstalled it and now cannot get it installed back. Please help!

HI @user37263. You will need to verify your smart phone is running Android version 9 or higher. If it is less than Android version 9, check to see if your phone is able to update to a newer version; otherwise, you will not be able to download the Ring app.
