How do I unfollow/block certain accounts from showing up in my neighborhood feed?

I ONLY want to see things posted by my neighbors in the small radius I defined, but instead my feed is full of spam from the city-wide fire and police departments and ring itself. I can and DO get that info elsewhere, I don’t need it supplied by ring. What I CAN’T get elsewhere is posts from my neighborhood from other ring users. Except apparently I can’t get that from ring either since my feed is only spam.
