Hi @1946. Is this a device that you already own and it's setup? Or is this a device that is not activated? If you already own the device, you can just sign in with your same email and password as you used to setup the device. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025997592-Ownership-of-a-Ring-Device) has some great information on ownership of a Ring Device.
