History not deleting

I just tried deleting my history. I cannot delete them individually or by mass deleting them. I forced close the app, dumped the cache, restarted it, and it is still not working.

Hi @grtreanor. Are you using Android or iOS? Is your Ring app up-to-date with the latest version available? Are you able to screen record this happening and share it here? If not, what error do you get when trying to delete your recordings?
