Hi @Kbh2004. I would first charge the device to 100%. Then I would hardwire the Doorbell and reset the Doorbell. To reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After that, [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) the Doorbell to wifi and it should reflect the proper power status after it updates.
