[Emergency] I have not received Verification Code from Ring

I have not received the Verification Code from Ring. First of all, I am a Vietnamese. I use a Viet Nam phone number. Second, My phone was reset then I did not have the last signed. Please help me. I have subscribed the plan on that account also

Hi @nguyenthanhhieu. Vietnam is not a supported region for Ring. This could be why the phone number you are trying to use from their is not working to receive your verification code. I suggest using a phone number from a country that is supported by Ring. This [page](https://ring.com/country-selector) will show you what regions are supported.
