Doorbell History Event stills are blank
On one of our Android devices, when I go to the history tab, the event thumbnail stills a.k.a. event previews are blank. When I touch the still the video appears and plays, but it is aggravating to not see the previews. I have been unable to find an answer to fixing this anywhere.

Thanks for the reply. I removed and re-installed the Ring app. The device is a government-issue M8L tablet we received as part of the Affordable Connectivity Program. The OS is Android 11 and as far as I can determine, cannot be updated, so I guess we'll just have to live with blank previews.

Hi @user65842. Make sure the Ring app and the operating software on this device is fully updated. Then trigger a test motion event, and check the Event History tab for that device.
