Can't upload video
I can't upload my video onto the neighbor app. It constantly states unstable connection whether I'm on Wifi or not.

Hi @Rl4956. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see when you attempt to share a video in the Neighbors App? Additionally, what type of video file are you trying to share?

I have the same problem - it says my 130K MP4 is an "incorrect format", even though when I select the file from my library, it shows the video and I can preview it there in the Ring app before posting. I have almost same problem mine keeps saying wrong format which is bull i can post to any other place on any app but not ring this is a ring bug and they need to fix it.
