Cannot post to Neighbors

I have attempted to upload to Neighbors numerous times.
I attempted with an edited MP4 created by Snagit which generates the unhelpful message "An error occurred"
I then attempted to upload from the Ring event log directly which generated exactly the same error.
I can replicate this on both Chrome and Edge running on Windows 10 antivirus is a current copy of Malwarebytes.

Hi @DenverRingCustomer. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app/Neighbors app do you have installed? Are you trying this on WiFi or cellular data? Are you using a VPN? This information will help us determine how to resolve this issue.
